My roots are deeply embedded in the F&B industry, coming from a long family history of bakers and pastry chefs that I have developed over 20 years of experience creating catering, food, and beverage production lines. My professional skills range from the complete management in catering organizations to directing operations in complete departments of kitchen and pastry production, the latter perfected at the Istituto Etoile Sottomarina VE.

The particular passion for the world of great leavened products better known as Panettoni and Colombe has accompanied me throughout my growth, not only professionally. The last 9 years spent in Shanghai CHINA have sparked the desire to stand out for the extreme freshness and authenticity of this historical tradition.
